Revocation of curling Augsburg

Special regulation for curling in Augsburg Winterland :
According to Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision.
When renting curling rinks for a fixed date, you therefore have no right of cancellation. Every binding order for curling rinks is therefore binding and obliges you to pay for the service ordered.

Right of withdrawal

Despite the special regulation mentioned above, we are obliged to inform you about the right of withdrawal at Eisstock Augsburg, even if you cannot use this right to book curling as described above:

Consumers (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity) have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Teamgeist Süd GmbH, Lechstraße 8, 86415 Mering, telephone: 089 21555724; email: sued@teamgeist.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if Teamgeist GmbH does not begin to execute the contract until the customer has given his express consent and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that the right of withdrawal expires when Teamgeist GmbH begins to fulfill the contract. Teamgeist GmbH can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
